Sentinel Pricing collects and processes data necessary to provide competitive pricing intelligence services. This policy describes what we collect, how we use it, and your rights as a user.
Data We Collect
Account information (company name and email address), product catalogs you upload for matching, and usage data we use to improve the service. We do not sell personal data.
How We Use It
To operate competitive pricing intelligence reports on your behalf, to notify you of report results, and to improve the platform. We do not use your uploaded product data to train models or share it with other tenants.
Data Storage
Data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security enforced per tenant. Each tenant's data is logically isolated — no cross-tenant queries are possible through the application layer.
Third-Party Services
We use Supabase for auth and database, Firecrawl and BrightData for web scraping (no personal data is sent to these services), and Anthropic's Claude API for AI-assisted extraction. Scraped data consists solely of publicly available competitor pricing.
Your Rights
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing us. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
Cookies
We use session cookies required for authentication. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email to active account holders.
